1.  Select the first option and click next.

2.  Type in your username and click next.

3.  Type in your name and email address and click next.

4.  Enter the server information as shown and click next.

5.  Be sure your username and password are entered and click next.

6.  Select the first option and click next.

7.  On the final screen click finish.
